Why Sardinia

The Winning
Advantages

  • Some of the clearest water in the Mediterranean — visibility up to 40 metres

  • La Maddalena Archipelago is a protected national park — pristine and uncrowded

  • Exceptional local cuisine — fresh seafood, Pecorino cheese, Cannonau wine

  • Direct flights from Prague, Vienna, Milan and most European cities

  • Warm, reliable winds make for excellent sailing conditions May–October
  • EU country — no visa, familiar infrastructure, safe and easy to navigate
Things to Know

A Few
Considerations

  • Slightly more expensive than Croatia — marina fees and provisioning cost more on the Costa Smeralda

  • July–August is very busy, especially around Porto Cervo and the Maddalena — shoulder season (May–June, September) is strongly recommended
  • A hire car is useful for pre/post days to explore inland Sardinia, which is a different world from the coast

Our journeys begin where ancient charm meets the open sea. Sardinia isn’t just a destination — it’s a feeling, and we make sure you experience every part of it from the moment you step on board.
