Vinyasa & Hatha Flow Sessions
Experience the frontier of nautical fitness with our marine-grade Reformer machines. Anchored structurally for safety and stability, these sessions utilise the yacht’s motion to amplify core activation. Includes Smart Mirror technology for virtual coaching and stainless-steel equipment designed to resist the marine environment.
Pranayama & Mindful Meditation
Unroll your mat on the sundeck or a secluded beach. Our “Convertible Space” philosophy turns the helipad or bow into an open-air studio.
Sunrise sessions to reset your circadian rhythm and sunset restorative flow to decompress the spine before dinner.
