We believe in full transparency. Here is exactly how the economics work — no hidden fees, no surprises. One week, one theme, one instructor, 8–10 participants on a 6-cabin catamaran.
The sale price per person is set together based on the theme and season. Navigation costs are deducted from the gross revenue, and the net profit is then split 50/50 between your school and COM309.
Figures vary by season, destination, and group size; a detailed simulation will be provided in the Partner Sheet sent after your first contact.
Navigation costs include
- Boat rental, insurance & security deposit
- Marina fees (×2) + anchorage & buoy stops
- Transit log & final cleaning
- Tourist tax
- Fuel for the vessel

Every retreat is guided by our proprietary Course Checklist — covering preparation, on-board delivery and post-retreat follow-up. Non-negotiable for every partner.
Participants receive a certificate of completion bearing both your school’s brand and COM309. A tangible, shareable outcome that adds value to your programme.
