What happens if we don’t fill all 8–10 spots for our week?
We work together on outreach before committing to a departure date. If registrations are insufficient, we’ll reschedule rather than run a loss. You’re never on the hook for unsold spots — the risk is shared, just like the reward.

Do participants need prior sailing experience?
No experience is required. The catamaran is a stable, spacious platform — guests can focus entirely on the themed program (yoga, dance, freediving, etc.) without any sailing background. The skipper manages all navigation. Guests who want to learn basic sailing are welcome to get involved.

What language is the program delivered in?
The default is English for international cohorts, but weeks can be run in Czech, Italian, or other languages depending on the partner school’s community. We adapt to whoever your audience is.

What if I’ve never organized a retreat or multi-day course before?
No prior retreat experience needed. COM309 provides a Course Checklist covering everything before, during, and after the week — so you show up as the expert in your discipline and we handle the operational complexity. Think of it as a plug-and-play format where your knowledge is the product and we provide the stage.
